Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & Account Eligibility

By registering for, accessing, or using Immi Flow, you enter into a binding agreement with Mazaal AI Pty Ltd and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you subscribe on behalf of a migration agency or legal entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.

Subscribers who provide immigration assistance through the platform represent that their nominated staff hold active registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) or hold a valid Australian legal practising certificate.

2. Use of AI & Evidentiary Tools

Immi Flow provides automated document extraction, family relationship mapping, and criteria verification tools. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Automated findings, extracted data, and readiness checklists are computational proposals and do not constitute legal conclusions.
• The Registered Migration Agent is strictly required to review, verify, and approve all source citations, numbers, and findings prior to relying upon them for Department lodgements.
• Immi Flow disclaims liability for Department decisions, refusals, processing delays, or s56 Requests for Information arising from unverified records.

3. Customer Data & Ownership

You retain complete, unencumbered ownership of all client files, evidentiary documents, matter notes, and personal data uploaded to Immi Flow. We do not sell, rent, or monetize customer data. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit data solely to provide the services and comply with law.

4. Fees, Billing & Cancellations

Subscription plans are billed in Australian Dollars (AUD) on a recurring monthly or annual basis, exclusive of GST. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Access continues until the conclusion of the paid billing period. We provide full data export capabilities to ensure practice continuity upon cancellation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, Immi Flow’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event shall Immi Flow be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost visa opportunities.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
