Migration agent software cost: a 2026 comparison

Disclosure: Immi Flow publishes this guide and appears in the comparison. Prices were checked on 1 October 2026 using vendors' public pages. Figures are planning estimates, not quotes. Confirm current pricing, GST, setup charges, and plan inclusions directly with each vendor.

A plan advertised at A$49 or A$339 per month may cover very different teams. One vendor charges by registered agent, another by staff user, and another includes five seats. Setup, contract length, and add-ons can change the first-year total.

This guide uses a sample Australian migration practice with one RMA and two support staff. Figures use public prices checked on 1 October 2026.

Published cost for the sample team

All figures exclude GST where the vendor states that. They do not represent equivalent features.

How each estimate works

Immi Flow

Immi Flow pricing lists Solo at A$99 per registered agent per month excluding GST, or A$1,188 for 12 monthly payments. Support staff are included. Higher plans add features and raise the per-agent price.

LodgeHQ

LodgeHQ lists A$99 per registered agent per month plus GST or A$948 per year. Unlimited support staff are included. The annual price equals A$79 per month before GST.

Optional SMS costs A$40 per month plus GST for the advertised allowance. The plan includes a fair-use document-conversion allowance. Include these items when relevant.

ImmiIQ

ImmiIQ Pro is advertised at A$49 per month billed annually at A$588, with five team seats. The base estimate excludes the A$19 monthly ImmiAccount eLodgement add-on and A$29 monthly Sponsor Portal add-on.

ImmiDesk

ImmiDesk Professional includes three staff users at A$149 per month, or A$1,788 over 12 months, excluding GST. Starter costs A$69 but allows one staff user, so it does not fit this sample team.

Migration Manager

Migration Manager lists A$339 per licence per month for a 12-month term and an A$900 professional fee for setup and training. One licence produces a first-year estimate of A$4,968 before GST.

That figure does not establish access for two support staff. Request a written quote showing every required licence, implementation cost, and contract term. The 24-month rate is A$259 per licence per month but creates a longer commitment.

Officio and Ezymigrate

Officio's plan page shows Solo, Pro, and Ultimate inclusions, but numeric prices were not visible in the readable page. Ezymigrate offers standard pricing by quote. Do not fill these gaps with old third-party figures.

Add costs around the subscription

Add setup, onboarding, data migration, paid seats, form-entry or sponsor modules, AI or document usage, storage, messaging, accounting or signing tools, GST, annual prepayment, and staff time for migration and checking imports.

Subtract an existing subscription only after the new product replaces its workflow in a trial. Similar feature names can hide different workflows.

Example: three RMAs and two support staff

Based only on published prices:

• Immi Flow Practice: 3 × A$179 × 12 = A$6,444 excluding GST.
• LodgeHQ annual billing: 3 × A$948 = A$2,844 plus GST.
• ImmiIQ Pro: A$588 annually for five advertised seats, subject to limits and add-ons.
• ImmiDesk Enterprise: A$599 × 12 = A$7,188 excluding GST.
• Migration Manager: 3 × A$339 × 12 + one A$900 professional fee = A$13,104 excluding GST. Confirm whether the professional fee applies once per practice and whether support staff need more licences.

These totals remain poor comparisons until the practice lists required features.

Ask vendors for one comparable quote

Send every vendor the same brief: RMA and support-staff counts, active and closed matters, required portal and accounting workflows, expected document and message usage, data to import and export, and preferred contract length.

Ask for first-year and renewal totals including GST, plus a list of everything outside the quote. Recalculate before deciding.
