Immi Flow vs LodgeHQ: which workflow fits your migration practice?
How do Immi Flow and LodgeHQ compare for an Australian migration practice?
Immi Flow and LodgeHQ address overlapping practice-management needs but emphasise different workflows. Immi Flow centres evidence collection, source-linked findings, practitioner review, and lodgement readiness. LodgeHQ advertises a broader all-in-one toolkit with ImmiAccount autofill. The better first trial depends on whether evidence review or repeated form entry is your larger bottleneck.
Disclosure: Immi Flow publishes this comparison. Product details and prices were checked on 1 October 2026 using both vendors' public pages. We did not test LodgeHQ or interview its customers. Confirm current terms and feature coverage directly with each vendor.
Immi Flow and LodgeHQ both serve Australian migration practices, but their public sites put different work at the centre. Immi Flow emphasises evidence preparation, source-linked findings, and practitioner approval. LodgeHQ promotes an all-in-one practice platform with ImmiAccount autofill and a large collection of operational tools.
Choose the problem you need to solve first. If document readiness and a review record are taking the time, investigate Immi Flow. If form entry and consolidating practice tools are the priority, investigate LodgeHQ.

Evidence review
Immi Flow says its document workflow produces citation-linked extraction and readiness findings that remain subject to practitioner approval. It also advertises consent capture and a sealed audit export. This design is aimed at the point before lodgement, when staff and the responsible practitioner need to know what supports a claim and what remains unresolved.
LodgeHQ advertises document intelligence that extracts details from passports, visa grants, skills assessments, English tests, and other files into the client record. Its site also lists AI document review among a broader suite of practice tools.
Ask both vendors to process the same imperfect bundle. Include two applicants, a mismatch between files, and an expired document. Check whether the product shows the source, preserves corrections, and records practitioner approval. Public descriptions cannot answer those questions fully.
ImmiAccount workflow
Immi Flow states that it does not lodge applications or replace ImmiAccount. It focuses on preparing a reviewed matter for the practitioner.
LodgeHQ advertises a Chrome extension that pulls case data into ImmiAccount fields. Its site says the practitioner reviews and submits the application. The extension may be valuable when repeated entry is the bottleneck.
Test any browser extension on the subclasses you handle. Try incomplete answers, changed passport details, multi-entry sections, and a browser interruption. Form autofill and evidence verification are separate jobs, so assess both even if one vendor offers tools for each.
Running the practice
LodgeHQ's public feature set is broad. It lists pipeline management, invoicing, a trust ledger, e-signatures, document utilities, calendars, CRM, communications, reporting, and workflow automation. A practice seeking one operational platform may value this breadth.
Immi Flow advertises intake, service agreements, billing, a client portal, document chasing, matter records, evidence review, and audit export. Buyers should still test a complete representative matter—including billing, integrations, and export—before replacing an existing system.
Price and team access
Immi Flow pricing starts at A$99 per registered agent per month excluding GST. Its Practice and Firm tiers are advertised at A$179 and A$259 per registered agent per month. Unlimited support staff are included on every plan.
LodgeHQ advertises A$99 per registered agent per month plus GST, or A$948 annually, with unlimited support staff and clients. SMS is an optional add-on, and document conversions have a fair-use allowance.
For a team with one RMA and two support staff, both vendors advertise one paid agent with the support staff included. The bundles differ. Build a total using the plan, term, messages, document usage, storage, integrations, and any existing tools you can genuinely stop paying for.
Which product should you try first?
Try Immi Flow first when:
- the team loses time collecting and checking evidence;
- the practitioner wants findings tied to source material;
- consent, review, and an exportable record are central to the buying decision.
Try LodgeHQ first when:
- re-entering data into ImmiAccount is the main bottleneck;
- the practice wants a large set of operational tools under one subscription;
- built-in form, document, and workflow utilities matter.
Trial both when the practice needs evidence review and form automation. Use one matter and measure the full handoff from client intake to the reviewed ImmiAccount application.
Questions for both demos
- Which visa subclasses and document types are supported today?
- Can the practitioner trace an extracted value or finding to a page?
- What happens after the client changes an answer?
- Which staff actions and approvals appear in the record?
- How does the practice export a complete client file?
- Which data leaves Australia through email, AI, or integrations?
- What is the full first-year cost for this team?
