Applicant intake and case work
Immi Flow describes enquiry, service agreements, client communication, document collection, and readiness review in one matter flow. Its public offer includes a client portal and automatic document chasing.
ImmiIQ advertises a visual CRM pipeline, client records, intake tools, email sync, document templates, and automation. Pro lists up to 1,000 clients and five team seats.
In a demo, create the same family matter in both. Give the client an incomplete answer, change a passport detail, and add a second applicant. Watch how tasks, documents, and history change.
Evidence and practitioner review
Immi Flow advertises source-linked document extraction, a practitioner review gate, consent records, and an audit export. ImmiIQ lists AI tools, document templates, intake packs, and case features.
Upload the same bundle and ask each vendor to show sources, mismatches, corrections, and approval history. OMARA's AI guidance says RMAs remain responsible for AI-assisted information and need written consent before entering client personal details into an AI system.
Occupation and pathway research
Research is a visible part of ImmiIQ's offer. Its site lists occupation search, pathway tools, points calculations, and Harper AI. These tools may reduce switching between a CRM and separate research services.
Immi Flow does not lead with an equivalent research suite. A practice whose weekly work begins with occupation and pathway questions should examine ImmiIQ closely.
Employer sponsor work
ImmiIQ has a dedicated Sponsor Portal. Enterprise includes it; Pro lists it as a A$29 monthly add-on. Public material describes sponsor and nomination pipelines and reports.
Immi Flow's Firm plan refers to corporate-sponsor caseloads, but its public pricing page provides less sponsor-portfolio detail. Ask Immi Flow to demonstrate employer, nomination, and worker relationships.
ImmiAccount handoff
Immi Flow states that it prepares work but does not lodge through ImmiAccount. ImmiIQ lists an eLodgement Chrome extension as a A$19 monthly Pro add-on and includes it in Enterprise.
If form entry drives the purchase, test the extension on common subclasses and confirm what the practitioner reviews before submission. If evidence readiness matters more, compare what each system gives the practitioner before ImmiAccount opens.
Pricing
Immi Flow pricing starts at A$99 per registered agent per month excluding GST. Practice and Firm tiers are A$179 and A$259 per registered agent per month.
ImmiIQ Pro advertises A$49 per month billed annually at A$588 and includes five team seats. Sponsor Portal and eLodgement are paid add-ons on Pro. Enterprise pricing is custom.
Compare a complete 12-month setup, including team access, sponsor tools, eLodgement, storage, messages, AI limits, onboarding, and products the practice can stop using.
Immi Flow may fit when collecting and checking evidence is the main problem. ImmiIQ may fit when occupation research, CRM breadth, or a sponsor portfolio drives the decision. Practices needing both should trial both with the same matter.
